Biography

Weijun Xiao, Ph.D., joined the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering faculty in August 2012. Dr. Xiao has come to VCU from the University of Minnesota. He received both a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, and a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from the University of Rhode Island. His research interests cover networked storage, computer system and architecture, embedded systems, distributed systems and high-performance computing.
